useful kitchenette daily coffee convenient location
the smart studio had a useful kitchenette. i found the provided coffee and croissants each morning convenient. the location was close to transportation, so getting around was easy.
the bathroom ventilation was a little noisy.

Really good Stay Experience
excellent location equipped kitchen
The location is excellent. I could easily walk to the city center. A variety of restaurants and pubs are also conveniently nearby. I am grateful for the well-equipped kitchenwith everything needed to cook meals. I also appreciate the use of washing machines and dryers. They were convenient and effective.
During my stay , one of the sinks in the bathroom had a noticeable chip. the soap pump detached from the wall , and the kitchen dishwasher presented some operational issues. I decided to avoid using it .

free upgrade polite professional spacious room
I received a complimentary room upgrade to the loft suite. this upgrade occurred after i booked the smart studio! ali was very polite. He was also professional. the room provided ample space. the room also featured cleanliness and luxury.
the window shutters did look good, but they allowed significant light in early mornings.

Really good Stay
double sink double shower excellent cleaning fresh croissants
i stayed in a liberty one bedroom suite. the room had a double sink and a double shower. the standard of cleaning was excellent i am very particular about hygiene. a coffee machine and fresh croissants were available each morning. the coffee machine made very nice coffees specifically the flat white with spice syrup.
i noticed some minor wear, with some peeling laminate in areas. i found one of the pans still had remnants of food. the toilet door lock was broken, a small inconvenience.

The location was very convenient. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and croissants each morning. The room was spacious, offering ample room to relax.
The lift was out of service during my entire stay. This made accessing my room on the upper floor quite challenging. The bathroom lacked privacy due to glass walls, a bit awkward. I found the carpets needed replacing. They did not seem very clean.
