I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect for exploring the city, although the plug placements could be better. The dining options were good, and the overall stay was great value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel and will definitely be returning. The rooms were outstanding, couldn't fault a thing. The kitchen had all the essential appliances and cookware, a comfortable king-sized bed, a work desk, and a lovely bathroom with a shower and complimentary shampoo and soap. The only downside was that the air-conditioning system was a bit noisy at times.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean, packed with plenty of facilities, but unfortunately, it was hot at night despite adjusting the air conditioning. The service, located in Chinatown, was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff willing to assist with bookings. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, with shopping malls and restaurants easily accessible, although tram line construction outside impacted transport. The dining experience provided sufficient continental options, and the facilities were handy for guests.
